Kasauli was first mentioned in a historical text written by the Indian Emperor Akbar back in the 16th century. The area was developed by British during the colonial times and it is said to be one of the most beautiful hill-stations of India.
Kasauli is a little town located at an altitude of around 1000 m which is surrounded by high mountains. The hill station has some natural beauty which attracts tourists from across India.
