The land of beaches, Goa is one of Mumbai’s top weekend getaways. All travel enthusiasts have driven down to Goa from Mumbai. Our Travel Planning – Mumbai To Goa

So as we were planning we too gave a thought about which could be the fastest way to reach and which transportation would be suitable because Mumbai to goa distance is approx 587km. So first we check the taxi rate on Make My Trip which was12000 inr and the taxi could take approx 12hrs and more depending on the traffic. We dropped the idea of going by road because we were having less time.

Then we moved towards the railway and our source station LOKMANYATILAK (Mumbai ) and our destination MADGAON (Goa ) the train ticket cost 1865/- inr per person. Train departure from source station is at 3:20 pm and will reach goa at 1:00 pm next day which means train takes 24 hrs. We dropped the plan of going by train too because we didn’t want to waste our time on transportation.

Then we had last option which was by air. We booked flight tickets as they were really at very affordable prices for Mumbai To Goa. Air Asia flight fare is approx  3000inr per person and it saves a lot of time for us so we book ed our flight we paid 9131 for 3 people.

 

Our Journey Start Date 

 

We were very excited as we were going to Goa. The flight date was 5th Feb 2021 and flight Time 4:40 am and we reached airport 4:10 am and after that, we reached goa on time 5:40 am awesome experience flight in Mumbai To Goa. After reaching goa my friends and I were tensed about the hotel as we didn’t book any hotel in goa somehow we got a hotel there but again the issue was of checking in. The hotel check-in timing is 2:00 pm. we done our booking at one of the hotels in Panjim named Ginger. Its charges were approx 7892 inr for 2 room. If You’re visiting Goa to experience the nightlife, clubs beaches, and much more exciting stuff we would highly recommend you to stay in Panjim.
