1) Sri Krishna Temple

Sri Krishna Temple is probably the most famous place to visit in Udupi. The temple is also one of the most fascinating places to see in Udupi. Sri Krishna Temple is located at Odavadi, a hamlet near Kollur. The temple has a grand entrance and an unusual design that makes it an object of interest for visitors and worshippers alike. The temple is said to be constructed in ayurvedic architecture, which reflects the scientific facts about the nature of the human body and its functioning. The Temple includes a unique rock-cut cave shrine. The cave shrine is well maintained by devotees. it has become one of the top places in Udupi to visit and one can reach this place by getting a bus from any part of Udupi town.

2) Ananteshwar Temple

Ananteshwar Temple is an ancient place in Udupi that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that the Ananteshwar Temple was built by Anantavarman Cholas and it is a big pilgrimage spot for Hindus. The reason why this temple is considered different from other Hindu temples due to its unique architecture and stone carvings. The main attraction here is the beautiful pattern of stone pillars called as Nagarisagara which has been carved with geometric designs like lotus petals, braided ropes, curls, waves etc.

3) Pajaka Kshetra

Pajaka Kshetra is one of the most sacred places in Udupi. The temple is located in the hills, which are considered very auspicious for worship. Pajaka Kshetra or Padaki Maski is one of the few temples that still exist today and has been around since before East India Company rule in 1792 AD. Pajaka temple is also believed to be a place where Adi Shankara and Lakshmidevi along with Lord Venkatesha stayed for some time during their pilgrimage to Kerala.

4) Lawrence Church

Lawrence Church is an icon in the town of Udupi, situated in Karnataka. It is located a mile away from Seva Samaja building and next to Lawrence School. The church was built in 1866 by the British Army officer named Walter Lawrence who had donated his wealth to build it. The architecture of the church is a mixture of Gothic, Romanesque and Anglo-Indian styles. It serves as a pilgrim centre for Christians in and around Udupi.

The sand here is golden-yellow, and it gets quite hot during the day. At night, you can usually see fishermen who are sometimes accompanied by their children trying to catch crabs or fish using bamboo poles with hooks attached to them. It is located near Kukke Subrahmanya Temple in Udupi district of Karnataka state, India. The waterfall drops from a height of 50 feet and is one of the major tourist attractions in Udupi.
